Your Rights and Obligations

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "i444", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the i444 online betting and casino service available at i444.bio.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the i444 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal i444 account created by a registered Player, through which that Player accesses betting, casino, and financial services on the platform.

• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole operating currency of the i444 platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products offered by i444, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other wagering or entertainment products available on the platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the i444 platform is restricted, blocked, or illegal under applicable local law.

By accessing the i444 platform at i444.bio, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and i444.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the i444 platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

i444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, i444 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the contact details held on their Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

To be eligible to register and maintain an i444 Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the platform.
• You are of sound mind and are acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is restricted or illegal under applicable local law.
• You have not previously had an i444 Account closed, suspended, or terminated by i444 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not employed by i444 or by any affiliate, partner, game provider, or payment processing company with a direct business relationship with i444 in a role that provides access to non-public platform information.
• Gambling is not prohibited for you by any court order, regulatory authority, or self-exclusion arrangement that you have entered into.

i444 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period specified by i444 may result in account restriction or closure.

Each Player may register and maintain exactly one Account on the i444 platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful and accurate and that you will update your account details promptly if any information changes.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration — including the use of another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law. i444 will close any Account registered with false information and reserve the right to report such conduct to relevant authorities.

Account registration on i444 is free of charge. i444 does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining an Account in good standing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your i444 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

i444 will never contact you by email, chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any banking security credential. Any communication purporting to be from i444 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You must notify i444 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, any loss or theft of your credentials, or any transaction that you did not authorise. i444 will take immediate steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification. i444 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs prior to your notification to us, where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

All deposits and withdrawals on the i444 platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the i444 cashier at the time of the transaction request and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Approved deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, and other methods listed in the i444 cashier at the time of your transaction. i444 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

Third-Party Payment Restrictions: All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name and under the same identity as your i444 Account. Deposits from or withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Any detected use of third-party payment accounts may result in immediate suspension of your Account and investigation of all associated transactions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks before processing. i444 may request documentary verification of your identity and payment method ownership before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. i444 will use reasonable efforts to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated, but reserves the right to delay processing where additional verification is required or where a transaction is flagged for review.

Anti-Money Laundering: i444 operates in compliance with responsible financial services practices and applies transaction monitoring to all Accounts. i444 may, at its absolute discretion, delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. i444 will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation by relevant authorities.

All bets and wagers placed on the i444 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are available within each game or event on the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a valid bet confirmation is displayed to the Player and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the Player's real-money or bonus balance. i444 reserves the right to void bets placed on events or games where a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game mechanics has occurred, whether caused by human error, software fault, or data feed failure.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or the outcome of a casino game, the result recorded in the i444 platform system shall be the definitive record. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Player's device and the result recorded in the platform system, the platform system record shall prevail.

Void Bets: i444 may void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment or postponement without resumption within a specified period, obvious pricing error, evidence of match fixing or event manipulation, or technical failure that materially affected the integrity of a game or event.

Maximum Winnings: i444 may apply maximum single-event payout limits and maximum aggregate daily payout limits. These limits are displayed in the relevant sport or game section. i444 reserves the right to limit the stakes or bet sizes available to any individual Player account at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such limitation.

i444 offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions are set out in this section and apply to all i444 promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any withdrawal can be made from the balance generated by those funds.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets at the minimum odds or game contribution rates specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit specified for the relevant promotion.
• i444 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and associated winnings if a Player is found to have abused the promotion system, including through the use of multiple accounts, bet hedging, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers by contacting [email protected]. Opting out of bonuses does not affect a Player's ability to use other i444 services.
• i444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the i444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another individual in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with i444.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in a manner inconsistent with fair human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Players who discover such errors are obligated to report them to i444 immediately.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Laundering money or using the i444 platform as a conduit for any financial crime or illegal transaction.
• Using the i444 platform in connection with any criminal activity, including match fixing, insider trading on sports events, or fraud.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behaviour toward i444 staff or other Players.

i444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where i444 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Players.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation, i444 will notify the Player using the contact details on their Account. During an active investigation, access to the Account and all associated funds may be withheld. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released promptly.

Where an Account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, i444 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the Account, including real-money funds, where that balance is directly connected to the breach in question. Where funds are unconnected to the breach, i444 will use reasonable efforts to return them to the Player via their registered payment method.

You may close your i444 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable identity verification requirements being satisfied.

All content on the i444 platform — including but not limited to the i444 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, data, and audiovisual materials — is the property of i444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the i444 platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the i444 platform without the express prior written consent of i444.

The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the i444 platform does not grant you any rights in relation to those marks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i444's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by you to your i444 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

i444 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of your use of or inability to use the i444 platform, even if i444 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

i444 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party data feed failures, and events beyond i444's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. i444 will use reasonable efforts to restore services promptly and will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits i444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

i444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity safely. The platform offers deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options — all of which are accessible from within your Account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation.
